Ballard 4 hike around the park. Walking into the trail it was like a fairytale land the grass was green and looked soft the touch. The trees hung low and the branches reach out for one another. They twist and interlock themselves making a beautiful archway. The sun tried peeping through the trees but the leaves shelter us from the suns kisses. It was this very moment I realized the true beauty of nature. I wanted to see it all, I realized I don’t have to leave the state to see breathe taking nature. It was all here only a twenty minute drive away. Betsy may not have hike with me but it took me to where I wanted to go. I appreciate my car for being able to take me to find my hobby. Till this day I hike every weekend, my hikes can be from two to three hours drives. It these moments that I miss Betsy and that I wish she was still around to take me. I’m sure she wouldn’t ask for too much gas making the trip less expensive. Allowing me to only worried about what’s ahead not how much gas she taking. Betsy was a good girl never caused me any trouble. Therefore, when I lost her I so badly wanted to replace her. I wanted another Betsy because of how much she had to offer. The Blue Honda Civic taught my little teenager self so much. It showed me a how to be the strong woman that I am today. It taught me to overcome life struggles and continue with the good days. Betsy offered me a sense of peace. The color blue fit that little car perfectly. Blue represent an emotional state of calmness. The color represented how the car made me feel, it was calming to know it was my safe haven. It also offered me a great friendship. If the car was a person itself it would of watch two friendship grow. It would have seen many night with the window down and three girls shouting the lyrics to “Down Fall of Us All”. It would understand that it had so much happiness to offer us.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
