Experimental results. (A) Bike-rider vs Others. (B) Helmet vs Non-helmet. Summary and conclusions A visual big data analytics based framework is presented for real-time detection of traffic rule violators who ride bike without using helmet in a city scale surveillance camera network. Experimental results demonstrate the high classification performance which is 98.88% and 93.80% for detection of bike-rider and detection of violators, respectively. Average time taken to process a frame is 11 ms, which is suitable for real time use. This framework can be extended for detection of other rule violations as well as to detect and report number plates of violators. References [1] K. Dahiya, D. Singh, and C. K. As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
