Contingency Plan•When purchasing equipment, if the supplier is unable to deliver within time, the next standing supplier will be selected. The timely recruitment and training of new staff is a key of success factor in meeting the strategic objectives of our business plan. As such we have to recruit and train the new staff and upskilled our current staff by 10thSept-2018. In the event that we don’t meet these objectives we have budgeted and additional 10% of training costs to employ a training consultant to deliver additional training resources.
