Since honey is made up primarily of fructose, it can be deduced that it ranks #2. Sucrose (#3) is made up of one glucose molecule and one fructose molecule therefore one can guess that it is sweeter than glucose (#4) but for a disaccharide there is no way to tell for sure how "sweetness" relates to its components.
