The major stakeholders between HSBC and Vietinbank are the shareholder, customer, employees and manager. Shareholders show their interest in the profit growth and the minimize risk in investment. To satisfy this interest, both banks tend to expand their banking system and improve capital efficiency. In terms of customer, they want to have high-quality, reasonable price products and services and they want to get a private security system. The banks develop products and services and increase the growth of technology. In terms of employees and manager, their interests are getting a high salary with some bonuses for their performances, an inspirational working environment and safety issue. To satisfy these desires, two banks focus on providing insurance, reward for high performers and make the operation flexible. The different stakeholder groups have different demands on the bank. Hence, the conflict will happen when their interests crash. For example, the bank increase price of selling products and services to raise the profit. The conflict will happen between shareholders and customers. This action is likely to be supported by shareholders but opposed by customers. Conflict can also

happen between employees and customers. For instance, the bank wants to apply new machines to carry out some transactions. This will make customers feel happy because it can speed up the transaction.
