Managers do not try to discriminate or displease anyone, but they must focus on the job at hand and who is qualified for the position. Diversity can be a problem at times, when mixing races, gender and even age at times can make working conditions difficult for employees to complete their work load. Communication can be one of the most power tools a manager can have if they use it correctly. Communication is the exchange of information and processing of paperwork. Communication is what makes business, business. Managers must stay on top of all situations to report so that all areas of the organization can be up to date.
