5 | P a g e INTRODUCTION Since its establishment in 2010, Eastern IT has become the promising supplier of IT products in Bangladesh. It is the authorize reseller of ZEBRA Industrial Printer & Ribbon in Bangladesh. Also, they have IT equipment like Security Surveillance and Barcode solutions in RMG. Their main product is ZEBRA industrial printers and Barcode solutions. Eastern IT has been successfully tracing down rapid change in market demand in collaboration with global supplier. They are constantly increasing their regional coverage to grab the maximum market in Bangladesh. On 29th of July, 2015, they have been selected as Zebra Authorized Reseller. We have come to learn about their cultural change and make diagnosis of the change of the organization, how organization management motivate their employees, how teams work within the organization and what are their perception and norms.

6 | P a g e MANAGERIAL PROFILE Mahbubur Rahman, Senior Manager of Business Planning of Eastern IT joined the organization three months ago. We can call him a change agent of the organization. He is a democratic style manager who empowers his employees and supports his employees to make decisions. He empowers employees to make decision in situations where employee will go a step further for the organization. This style of management assumes that workers are happy to work on their own initiative, they are more involved in decision making and they are self-motivated to their assigned tasks. They have a balanced work environment for both men and women. They are treated equally and they are balanced by work assignments. They have zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment. If any employee is found doing things like that they are dismissed at sight. For other withdrawal behavior they apply salary deduction, reward deduction or dismissal. They prefer young workers in field work like sales and marketing and aged workers in office work like in accounting and finance department. They motivate employees by establishing pay structure, rewarding Individual employees for their work, employee recognition program, alternative work Arrangements. They also collect feedback from employees monthly and annually and they held meetings with top managers to resolve issues. There are three more top managers in the organization who are involved in important decision makings for the company. They have a board of councilors and advisors.
