from customers being upset because lack of service, not having the car ready or available, or just a total  poor experience. With that said, not all but a lot of rental car companies like Hertz, Budget, and Thrifty  have a lack of customer service, which translates to poor profits. I currently work for a rental car company  at Enterprise Rent a Car and I noticed that the organization is successful.       When an organization is successful in the retail and customer service industry the organization is  usually firing on all cylinders and has great customer service and employees are following procedures  while effectively implementing corporate strategies and goals in the everyday workplace.
