also starts working with regional and local governments to conduct a long-term recovery plan in  areas that have been physically affected by natural disasters. Tzu Chi holds fundraisers to  provide financial aid to victims located in areas that have been severely affected. However help  is not limited to areas that have been demolished. The Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Order also  provides an annual winter relief program organized to distribute warm clothing and food to those in need.  Many of the Buddhist organizations integrate environmentally friendly objects into  disaster relief efforts to promote pure land on earth. The buildings made for residents of an area  are generally built in a way where energy consumption is greatly reduced with respect to  geographic surroundings. All of the buildings within a community recycle water and are made  using environmentally friendly material. By applying this principle and working in recycling
