Conclusion From this paper, indeed, technology has greatly changed places of work starting from the human-performance, equipment used, client-based as well as how business is performed today.

TECHNOLOGY 6 The disadvantage of modern technology discussed in this paper is that the machine is performing most of the work, and this can make the employees lazy. Also, the use of technology can contribute to a high rate of unemployment because most of the work shall be performed by the machine, thereby replacing human-labour. From this paper, we found out that there are numerous benefits of technology to employees and organizations. First of all, most of the businesses use technology to improve overall productivity, decrease the total amount of downtime, and increase efficiency. Modern technology enables employees to work at different places. Today, workers can work from their homes, and this can help prevent the spread of Convid-19 epidemic that affects the entire world. So, organizations must integrate modern technologies into their system to enable them to improve on overall worker performance.
