Conclusion Economic advice comes from in two forms, the ideological and the technical. Advice is the advocacy of actions, which emanates from individual beliefs existing in an expert society, which in the milieu of economics, is centrally located within universities. The advice may be technical (ways of setting up auctions assuming asymmetries in information) or ideological (conveying a value system) assumed to result in a favorable outcomes such as equity and efficiency. For the most part, education plays a critical part in economic output and it is assumed that human capital (school enrolment rates) has a positive correlation with real GDP per Capita. A number of factors affect people’s purchases and investments. However, it is important that a person makes informed decisions gleaned from relevant research pools before pursuing a long- term goal or big-ticket acquisitions.
