calmness by hurting other people for no good reason (Arangua, 2019). Genetics play a major role in the development of any type of antisocial personality disorders (Cherry, 2018). This usually occurs in kids whose mom's smokes during the time of their pregnancies, or their brain functions abnormally (Cherry, 2018). Environment also plays a role in the development of antisocial behavior disorder such as verbal abuse and sexual trauma (Cherry, 2018). It is very hard yet very important to treat people with antisocial behavior disorder, and those with such disorder seeks for the treatment all by themselves which is because they don’t feel comfortable with telling people that they are suffering from any kind of personality disorder (Cherry, 2018) . It keeps becoming severe with time if left untreated (Torgersen et al., 2015). In order to treat people with such mental condition, cognitive-behavioral therapy can be extremely helpful since it helps people better understand their behaviors and changes the way they think. It takes approximately 6 months to show effective results (Torgersen et al., 2015). Borderline Personality Disorder 3

CLUSTER B PERSONALITY DISORDER Borderline Personality Disorder is a condition described by challenges controlling emotions, behaviors, and thinking (Legg, 2018). It's probably caused by several factors, for instance, genetics, the issue with the brain chemicals and mental health, and ecological components (Torgersen et al., 2015). Genes acquired from parents may make the child progressively helpless against developing BPD. Furthermore, numerous individuals with high level of BPD have some kind of problem with the synapses in their cerebrum, especially serotonin (Legg, 2018). Additionally, people with moderate level of BPD have an issue with certain pieces of their cerebrum which acts as an emotion controller and regulates mood, and these parts incorporate the amygdala, hippocampus, and orbitofrontal cortex (Salters-Pedneault, 2019). Last but not least, various ecological variables appear to be normal and far-reaching among individuals with BPD. These include: being a victim of emotional abuse, physical or sexual maltreatment, experience some kind of dreadful misery as a kid, growing up with another relative who had a genuine psychological health condition, for example, bipolar disorder (Choi-Kain & Gunderson, 2017). The great part about this borderline personality disorder is that it's treatable (Legg, 2018). People suffering from BPD don’t feel ashamed to tell others about their mental disorder (Legg, 2018). Some of the treatments they seek for incorporate group psychotherapy which is done by experts inside a community mental health team (CMHT), psychotherapy which enables an individual to show signs of improvement in understanding of behaviors and thoughts, and art therapies which is exceptionally useful for individuals who experience considerable difficulties expressing their thoughts and feelings verbally (Salters-Pedneault, 2019). These treatments help individuals with borderline personality disorder by helping them control their feelings, behaviors, and thoughts.
