Be specific. ● I think generally, Brodsky’s strength and weaknesses are completely misaligned with his current position. His introverted personality and lack of leadership are not suited for sales and marketing position especially at his current level. There were several examples that demonstrated this: ○ Brodsky’s inability to convince a distributor to drop a pending lawsuit and Keller’s ability to successfully have it dropped. ○ Brodsky’s failure to see the importance of integrating the sales and marketing personnel and key distributors on the flight to the annual convention in Munich. ○ Brodsky’s insistence to maintain a distance with distributors and his peers and subordinates, and deal with them in a very formal way, while they prefer a more informal interaction. c) How effective has Keller been as a coach to Brodsky? ●Not effective and needs improvement
