Form the Confederate states of America. Set up a government. that looks a lot like the old one. ii.Any territory that was the federal government. is now confederate property. iii.Including military outposts and forts. Etc. iv.L doesn’t believe it’s legal to leave the union and wants to reestablish federal controlv.2 forts in the south are still in federal hands. vi.Sumter is one of themvii.L gets word that the general in charge there is out of weapons. viii.So he either has to leave the fort, leaving the fort in the hands of the south. ix.Or he gets re-stocked. x.If it gets restocked, the confederates may stop him, causing a warxi.If he lets it go, the feds aren’t as powerful.
