that there is no need for the United States or any other state to be worried about China and India surpassing the United States. Instead, every state could look at the opportunity presented to themas China and India become the biggest economies. However, with the international arena being an anarchic state, an economic liberal would find it necessary to have an international organization to ensure the fairness of all international trade. Now, one can only ask, if China and India become the strongest economies in the world, how much influence will they have on the international organization overseeing fairness in trade? It appears to be certain that China’s and India’s economies will overtake that of the
United States in Size in the near future. This can be a good or bad thing depending on what lens you use to look at it. However, one can argue that while the United States has experienced great economic growth and has exercised unparalleled leadership around the world since the end of World War II, the world has experienced big periods of relative peace, which at the end, is what we all want when we study international relations.References:-Singh, K.
