The most productive way to present this training is in a classroom setting. In a classroom setting the instructor will have several ways to illustrate and discuss topics for the training. Individual or group discussions can be implemented. Also, the use of video, or PowerPoint presentations can be utilized. Training can be held onsite, where it can accommodate employees’ with availability for the training, because it would be conducted at their place of employment. The classroom is a more controlled environment where there can be no outside disturbances. It gives the instructor various options to effectively deliver the training, because all people do not learn the same. Some individuals are better as visual learners, and others learn better from listening then applying it (Ivancevich and Konopaske, 2013).VII.HR Forecast Plan It is no secret that Motors and More will be expanding in the future and it is important to set goalsthat will align with they are expecting to be in the future. In this case, Motors and More will be looking toforecast what the next three years will hold for Motors and More. This section will touch on multiple areas that Motors and More will take into account when forecasting.With Motors and More untraditional style of recruiting new employees, they will benefit in the future by upgrading. Motors and More will have to start replacing labor employees with modern technologies. Subcontracting will be another route for Motors and More to take (i.e. Maintenance department) or internal training for other employees to work in a different department. Motors and More Page 33

With the assumption that Motors and More will move in the direction of implementing new technology, it will allow them to combine and eliminate some HR departments. An example of this could be the combination of sales and customer service. Customer Service department can take on the responsibilities of selling Motors and More product its consumers. This could have a positive impact on the company in the long run by decreasing their payroll cost, but must be careful to make sure a move of this doesn’t have a negative effect on other supporting departments.The demand for Motors and More products is increasing and with the increased technology that iscoming their way it will potentially increase the speed in which the products are produced. Granted the new technology will most likely be replacing manual labor with machines. This is a huge plus for future growth, although it can also be damaging to the existing employees. The employees will be in charge of diffusing defects and keeping them to a minimum. With increased production Motors and More are boundto have an increase in defects. Steps to address these defects will be to properly train employees, and implement a survey to how analyzed ways to improve on production. It is important to train employees
