The joke of Office 360: it is now a constant annoyance of Microsoft Office 365. On June 30, 2016, Office 365 customers saw disconnecting their email services for more than 12 hours. In the past, many similar cases continued throughout 2015 and continued until 2016. It continues consistently that Office 365 is actually Office 360, with an average downtime of five days. Inactivity per year ( Rosendo,Endo, Santos, Gomes, Gonçalves,Moreira, & Mahloo, 2017 ). Medical care is affected: HealthCare.gov Site stories are numerous, often due to poor design. Other reasons given are missing resources and demand exceeds supply. It turns out that problems with the cloud have disappointed crucial government services to the public health service. Of course, it is not in the best of health. PayPal case PayPal really fell in the summer of 2009, leaving millions of traders around the world unable to sell their products. Service is not available for hours and has never been different for many others. PayPal explained that the failure of the equipment was a mistake. Of course, this is a wonderful kind of discomfort, but by losing all revenue, this unfortunate inconvenience is getting a chance of embarrassing the cloud computer. Terremark's terrible day Terremark may be in front of Verizon's million dollars business, but in early 2010, the major economy was headed by a cloud service coverage.
