these symbols but just in theory. The discussion on abstract entities mainly discusses the reality and unreal nature of various subjects such as physics and mathematics. Further Carnap discusses the construction linguistics frameworks. Individuals who wish to discuss new ideas in their language go through the process of questioning the reality of these ideas or their existence. Depending on the type of language (logical or factual), then the questions on existence are answered either through empirical or logical methods. On this, I agree with Carnap’s argument. The introduction of new ideas into an idea is accompanied by questioning and then development of a new framework of reference for the ideas in the language. The acceptance of these kinds of systems is subject to the provision whether they are real or not, just as suggested by Carnap. Some of the words to be used in the new framework under construction may already be in existence prior to the construction. Other variables that do not already exist are introduced during

External questions concern the reality and existence of the entire system. This aspect is often referred to as ontological inquisitiveness. I agree with Carnap
