When acompany signs a franchise agreement where manufacturers make and sell products using the franchisors names is a manufacturing franchise. A good example of this would be the company Coca-Cola. They have a syrup concentrate and the sell it to a bottling company who then is able to mix other ingredients and water to create a bottled product and then sell it to make a profit. The benefits of being a franchisee and franchiser are endless. One of the main benefits is the profit that both parties can have.
