The franchisee also has to get the supplies from the franchisor to run the company so to the customer it would not see the brandchange even though it is in another location. Another type of franchise is a product franchise. Ina product franchise there is a franchise agreement that manufactured get retailers to distribute products and sell and use the name and trademark of the franchisor. The manufacturer will control how the retail stores allocate their product. A good example of this is tire stores. When acompany signs a franchise agreement where manufacturers make and sell products using the franchisors names is a manufacturing franchise. A good example of this would be the company Coca-Cola. They have a syrup concentrate and the sell it to a bottling company who then is able to mix other ingredients and water to create a bottled product and then sell it to make a profit. The benefits of being a franchisee and franchiser are endless. One of the main benefits is the profit that both parties can have.
