Based on the above reasons, we conduct research on the topic "Factors affecting loyalty of Top Olympia Training Company’s employees" 1.2. Research purposes This method is used to draw a theoretical framework on the impact of collectivism on marketing based on that adjustment for each specific sector and commodity. The purpose of this study is to systematize the factors that affect employee loyalty to the organization and select those that are appropriate for the business context and market context. solutions that business executives can refer to build the main policies for managing human resources, improving joblessness and reducing investment costs for enterprises. 1.3. Research subjects - Our research subjects focus on factors that affect employee loyalty. - Our study consists of 72 employees currently working at the company and 15 employees who have quit the company in the past 6 months. 1.4. Research scope - In space, we do research at Top Olympia Training - In terms of time, we conducted this study from December 2019 to March 2020, and based on data collected from the company about employees who have quit within the last 6 months. 1.5. Research Methods In this paper, we used the method of collecting data through surveys sent directly to employees of the company. Data processing using methods such as: Descriptive statistics method, Multivariate regression model, EFA factor analysis, Analysis of variance, Testing coefficient of reliability (Cronbach’s alpha) 1.6. The structure of the research The structure of the research consists of 6 chapters as follows: Chapter 1: Introduction Chapter 2: Theoretical Framework Chapter 3: Research Methodology Chapter 4: Results and Discussions Chapter 5: Solutions and Recommendations  6

Chapter 2: THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK 1. The theory of employee satisfaction with the job 3.3.1. Two-factor theory Research results of F. Herzberg (1950) show that certain job characteristics are closely related to job satisfaction while other factors are related to job dissatisfaction. The contents of these factors are described in the following table: Hygiene Factors Motivation Factors Working conditions Advancement Coworker relations Work itself Policies and administration Possibility of growth Supervision Responsibility Salary Recognition Achievement Accordingly, factors that satisfy employees are different from those that create satisfaction. Because if the dissatisfaction factor is removed, it does not mean that the employee will be satisfied. If you want to please them, you need to focus on factors that motivate you.
