a)The problem There was a conflict between new employee and senior employee. The new employee quarrelled about bad treatment of senior employee and nearly getting fight each other. He had another problem that he often made a mistake of taking a part of meat to besliced. We had 3 restaurants complaints in a week due the quality of his work that we found several mistakes. We also had a complaint from team member about his attitude. Page 14 of 22

We coordinate with lawyer to remind him following employee contract and gave warning about workplace safety.
