I think religion has always been a touchy topic and it’s the reason why at least in New York, we do not discriminate no matter what. We won’t hire you if your fit for the job not because of how you look and your beliefs. When I think about moral ethics the first thing that came to mind was Moral Relativism. The reason why is because one of the topics it discusses about falls under religion and whether it should be practiced in work places or just anywhere other than churches. “An individual's appearance is often the first thing that others notice.As such, it is a trait that is often used to judge and compare people”, (Zakrzewski, K, 2005). I couldn’t agree more with this quote; I grew up with this saying that said first impression are everything.
