I am not aware of company policies regarding this

This preview shows page 2 - 4 out of 4 pages.

I am not aware of company policies regarding this behavior, but I will not stand for it. I have mentioned cutting back on the profanity before and they brushed it off as if it was just a preference. Perhaps they forget we are the customers and Denison is supposed to put their customers first. I would like them to continue to work on our house since they have been doing such an amazing job, but it is hard to focus on the positives with all these drawbacks surrounding them. Please do not take this issue lightly as we would look for another company to finish the project for us if their behavior doesn’t change. Thank you for your help in fixing this situation and I wish you a happy rest of your day. Sincerely, Kenneth and Karen Hatcher 353 Park Avenue Kingland, Arizona

Option 2 TO: Patrick Gordon, Manager of Customer Service FROM: Delilah Flores, Customer Service Representative DATE: July 9, 2019 SUBJECT: Hatcher Residence Complaints Patrick, As you are aware, Kenneth and Karen Hatcher have expressed their complaints regarding the workers at their house. Since this isn’t the first time we have received understandable complaints like this, I was wondering if we currently have a dress code for employees at construction sites as we do for our office employees. If so, what should they be wearing when working at a job site, and how can we ensure they follow this code? Additionally, I was wondering if our policy regarding the prohibited use of inappropriate language in the workplace extended to those working at construction sites. This would be helpful so we can send guideline reminders to site managers when necessary. I attached a copy of the Hatchers letter for your reference. Please get back to me when you are available. Thank you, Delilah

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
