Section 8. Roster of Mortgagees. Any Unit Owner who mOltgages his Condominium uuit shall furnish written notice to the Secretary of the Council of the name and address of the mOltgagee. In the event that a Unit Owner's mortgage is transferred to another holder, the Unit ,Owner shall notifY in writing the Board of Directors of the name and address of the new holder of his mortgage. Any Unit Owner who satisfies his lllOltgage shall give prompt Wlitten notice to that effect to the SecretaIY of the Council. The SecretalY shall maintain such infOlmation in the unit file. Unless tl,0 Council has received express written notice to the contrary, the Council is entitled to rely upon such roster as reflecting the current lllortgagee or holder and such mortgagee's or holder's cun'ent mailing address. 3

lIOER 4 8 6 4 fOLIO 0553 Section 9. Rights of Mortgagees. Any institutional mortgagee of any unit in the Condominium who desires notice of the atmual and special meetings of the Council and the Board of Directors shall notify the Secretaty to that effect by certified mail, return receipt requested. Any such notice shall contain the name and post office address of such institutional mortgagee and the name and address of the person to whom notice of the annual and special meetings should be delivered or sent. The Secretaty of the Council shall maintain a roster of all institutional mOltgagees from whom such notices are received and it shall be the duty of the Secretaty to mail or otherwise cause the delivety of a notice to each annual or special meeting as aforesaid, to each such institutional mortgagee, in the same manner and subject to the same requirements and limitations as are provided for with respect to notice of such meetings to the Unit Owners or the Board of Directors, as the case may be. Any such institutional mOltgagee shall be entitled to designate a representative to attend any such annual or special meeting and such representative may pmticipate in the discussion of any such meeting and may, upon his request made to the Chaitman of the meeting in advance of the meeting, address the Unit Owners or the Board of Directors, as the case may be, present at any such meeting. Such represen.t.ative shall have no voting rights at any such meeting. Such representative shall be entitled to a copy of the minutes of all meetings of the Council and the Board of Directors upon request made in writing to the Secretary. Section 10. Waiver of Notice. Waiver of notice ofa meeting of the Council shall be deemed the equivalent of proper notice. Any Unit Owner may file with the Board of Directors a '. written waiver of notice of any meeting of the Council, either before or after-such meeting. Attendance at a meeting by an Unit Owner, whether in person or by proxy, shall be deemed waiver by such Unit Owner of notice of the time, date and place thereof unless such Unit Owner specifically objects to lack of proper notice at the time the meeting is called to order.
