Instructors Method(s) Instructor Materials Participant Materials Special Considera tion During this period the participants are expected to use the knowledge learnt during the learning period. They are expected to demonstrate their skills. This period is normally known as transition period Leaders assess the participant After vigorous training the leaders of an organization keep track of the participants to see if there is any change they have effected Participants report to their areas of specialization They use the knowledge they got from the training to effect changes on the organization Those with special needs will be equipped with necessary equipment as stated during the learning process Writing of the report A report is written to the instructor on whether the training was successful or some changes need to be done              Page 3 5/31/2018
