Where you have one or two particular data points that are significantly (over 1 point) above and/or or below the class average score from IP teammates, though, those areas are much more likely to warrant a closer look regardless of potential differences between your group of raters and others’ raters. Generally, most of the category scores I received from my teammates aligned with the average IP1 teammate rating. However, there was a handful that was slightly above the average IP1 teammate such as motivating others, listening, and influencing others. There weren’t any categories that fell below the average IP1 teammate score because none of the symbols fell into the purple region which would indicate just that. B8. the categories and the average IP1 teammate was more or less the same in terms of numerical values (6 more or less) but managing conflict was one of the lowest average scores on my behalf as well as the IP1 teammate meaning this maybe an important issue within teams/groups.
