THE MINOR IN STATISTICS There are 2 minors in Statistics 3.1 STATISTICS AS A MINOR The minimum requirement is an accumulation of 18 credits in statistics, and the following conditions are to be fulfilled 3.1.1 Having taken 12 credits from the following courses ST 211 ST 216 ST 218 Statistics 1 Statistics for Social Science 1 Psychological Statistics 1 or or ST 212 ST 217 ST 319 Statistics 2 Statistics for Social Science 2 Psychological Statistics 2 or or ST 321 ST 326 Introduction to Probability Theory Applied Probability or ST 322 ST 327 Mathematical Statistics 1 Applied Mathematical Statistics 1 or 3.1.2 Not less than 6 credits of the elective courses in the Department including the following courses: AM 319 Mathematical Programming 3 credits CS 103 Introduction to Computer Programming 3 credits CS 112 Introduction to Object-Oriented Programming 3 credits IS 201 Principle of Information Systems 3 credits IS 361 END - USER Application Development Language 3
