Effective Team Example In this section, describe an example of an effective team experience. Explain what made the team effective. This section will likely contain one – three paragraphs. Business Communication Connection In this section, focus on the communication implications from both of your examples. What communications-related topics were supported team success? One example of a UIU library article quote is, “However, where there is a time zone difference, the delay that occurs through communicating asynchronously makes for less effective communication” (Morgan, Paucar-caceres, & Wright, 2014, p. 614). The APA formatting is accurate for both the in-text citation and the reference page entry. This section of your paper should demonstrate your own critical thinking about the connections between team effectiveness and the myriad of aspects inherent in business communications. Another example of a quote is, “The best teams exchange information and contribute ideas freely in an informal environment often facilitated by technology” (Guffey, & Loewy, 2018, p. #). Again I refer you to review the Week 1 Overview section for additional examples related to APA formatting. It is not necessary to stress about using APA formatting as you can emulate the provided examples. Conclusion Every paper should have a section, which concludes, or summarizes the key points of the paper. In this section, usually one paragraph summarizes the paper’s content without introducing any new information. This is the last section of the paper. There is a subsequent page break included so the next page appears as a new page listing the applied and cited references.
