To inform staff/stakeholder about our sustainability policy we should set up a
meeting. First of all, inform employees and stakeholders up-front. At the start of the
project, let employees know that the company will work on developing (or updating)
company policies and procedures. While the meeting is happening, you can ask for
feedback and make any change you find necessary. Introduce them the final
product/result. Ask employees and stakeholders to review employee handbook or
policy manual. Provide training where required, or if they tell you the policy is too
complicated. In some cases, the company had a turn over number very high and
now all the employers are new, so a training would be highly recommended.
To encourage long term sustainability, it is important to make your company goals
clear, staff will be much less likely to question your motives if you're up front about
