attorney Melissa Brooks and $175/hour for services performed by paralegal Jessica Gee, plus any expenses for such things as depositions and securing an appraisal. Representation for services or disputes not covered by the $1300 fee may require a separate agreement of engagement and an additional retainer. Under most circumstances I do not sign reaffirmation agreements between you and a secured creditor. Reaffirmation agreements are not necessary in Commonwealth of Virginia if you stay current on your secured loan obligations. You will, however, need to stay current on any loans secured by property you want to keep, such as a house or vehicle. If you have any questions about reaffirmation agreements and why I don’t recommend signing them, be sure to discuss this with me prior to filing. Please understand that we do not, by sending this packet, represent you. Our work on your behalf to prepare the bankruptcy schedules and respond to calls from creditors will begin after we receive a signed copy of this letter plus a payment of $1000 made payable to the Reynolds & Associates Client Trust Account. Money orders, cashier’s checks or cash are accepted. No personal checks can be accepted. My policy is to attempt a reasonable resolution of cases as

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
