By getting their fruits and vegetables from a local supplier, they reduce the length and duration of the delivery transport. They also limit their stocks to a small variety of each product and they don`t store surplus stock, this is very efficient from an inventory perspective. While they free up the workspace, they also free up money and lower potential hazards. By having a self-scanning system, it reduces the ques at the tilts and speeds up the checkouts.
