The Keirsey tool will be useful in identifying what self-assessment skills will be needed to have a productive group. Self-awareness is important when working with others and individuals should make changes to ensure that patient safety is a priority. The goal is to have all the staff working together as a team. Increased performance outcomes will be the results when different types of personalities come together and work as one.
