He responded with a $10 million lawsuit against one of the critiquers, accusing him of damaging his reputation, credibility, and making errors in his critique. 2. Climate change has been growing for years and at the rate we are living, we can only expect conditions to worsen in the future. Therefore, we must take serious action to reduce CO2 levels and greenhouse gases that our slowly damaging our planet. There are a variety of initiatives that we can take to help. One way would be to impose fees on fossil fuel emissions and impose taxes on importing them.
