In this example, when the user starts typing in the field, if he or she starts with one of the letters in the COLORS array, a drop-down list shows all the available completions. Note that this does not limit what the user can enter. The user is still free to enter any text (such as “puce”). The Adapter controls the look of the drop-down list. In this case, we use a built-in layout made for such things.
