competitive advantage over all competitors on the market. This is the position where the new strategy hopes to place StilSim. The new vision of the organization will be: “To form valued everlasting relationship with our customers and the most qualified candidates on the market”. Values. “ The company’s core values are internally-facing—they’re not posted at retail stores. But within the company, they are important tools for bringing employees together across every level of the business” (Rossi, 2017). The core v alues will enable StilSim to embrce a new culture where the employees value communication, team work, and customer satisfaction. By carrying good values, the company will create a better atmosphere in the work place, and will be able to support the mission and the vision of the organization. We treat each person with dignity and respect. Every individual appreciates dignity and respect, specialy when it comes to work place. We spend most of our time at work. StilSim employees need to adapt this new style of communicating and treat each other. According to Heathfield, “ You judge respect by the way in which your organization, your bosses, and your coworkers treat you. You see it in how your organization establishes new rules and policies, how they introduce the new procedures to employees, and in how they compensate, recognize and reward you ” (Heathfield, 2016)

STRATEGIC PORTFOLIO Page 42. We exceed our clients' expectations. “Putting the customer first, in simple terms, means that a business puts the needs and requirements of a customer ahead of anything and everything else” (McFadden, 2013). StilSim needs to put their clients in first place because this entails t he need of urgency, and immediate response from StilSim. That way our clients will feel valued and it will build a reputation of excellence helping it to fulfill its mission. We are committed to continual improvement. This step is a value that will allow the organizations costs to be reduced in terms of labor, and enable it to become able to identify the best match for positions that are hard to fill. This step will also enhance excellence, as people receive training and support to further develop their skills. We are Ethical. In business, ethical behavior is defined as a consistent behavior that it is in accordance with “principles, norms, and standard of business practice that have been agreed upon by society” (Trevino & Nelson, 2011, p.20). This entails honesty, trust and fairness in all situations, throughout all the organization Recommended Strategies. The most appropriate generic strategy for StilSim is differentiation. The reason differentiation is the most appropriate is because the organization needs to invest in social media technology to advertise its products, and to provide a better technology tool to empower the organization to bring competitive advantage to our organization.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
