what you need in your organization and what resources you already have or can have available to you. This goal is very important to have work out in your favor because it will provide you with committed and motivated employees and this can only bring good factors into your organization. These are all the things a manager in the health care field needs to know to make his organization successful and have not only his employees happy and satisfied but also his patients which should come first in any health care organization. My reaction to this article was very positive because I learned a lot about the health care issues and what managers should do to improve themselves, their employees and the care provided to their patients. Overall this was an excellent article for anyone in the health care field to read. I learned so many things but the things that stood out the most for me was the importance of estimating, allocating, and recruiting in the capital management and human resource management because I have never heard of that specifically. It was just interesting to learn that these were different in the way that the procedures were handled because I thought they would follow the same guidelines. There was a lot of information on
