driving a car, cook, grocery shop, etc. due to his vertigo. Since the onset of vertigo and the end of his professional golfing career, Mr. McDivet has been unable to find work, except for getting paid a small fee for helping a few of his friends to develop a new golf course. Lastly, Mrs. McDivet is concerned for Mr. McDivet's safety because Mr. McDivet has been extremely depressed since the initial attack of vertigo and the end of his golfing career that Mr. McDivet has had suicidal thoughts. Additionally, if the firm is to accept this case we will need Mr. McDivet’s medical records as well as an evaluation to determine if Mr. McDivet can recover from his disability and if so, how much time it will take. It will also need to be determined if Mr. McDivet is capable of working again, be it his previous position or a different position using skills he developed throughout his college career. Additional information must be obtained and examined before the firm makes a decision to take on this case.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
