《分析混合物》 1. 根據使用說明校正好 pH-meter 及導電度計。 2. 以吸量管吸取 25.00ml 的未知 NaHCO 3 +Na 2 CO 3 混合液於 200ml 燒杯中, 放入磁攪拌子,並架妥 pH-meter 及導電度計之電極,隨時記錄滴定 管讀數變化、 pH 值、導電度值及指示劑之顏色變化。 3. 加入 1 滴酚酞指示劑並以 HCI 標準液滴定,開始時可加入約 2ml 積,每次加入後都要稍微等一會待 pH 數值穩定,當接近當量點時, 每次加入體積約 0.1~0.2ml ,滴至粉紅色恰好消失則為第一當量點。 4. 再加入溴甲酚綠指示劑 1 滴,繼續用標準酸液滴定至 pH 值或導電度 呈明顯變化,此為第二滴定終點,最後須滴定至呈平穩變化 ( 10ml) 五、 藥品性質: 1. 鹽酸: 又名氫氯酸,為氯化氫之水溶液。市售濃鹽酸中含氯化氫 37.2% ,比 1.19 ;濃鹽酸在潮濕的空氣中會冒煙,是刺激性非常強的無色液 體,且為強烈的一元酸,常溫下可溶解許多金屬並產生氫氣。接觸會 腐蝕眼睛、皮膚及呼吸系統,造成灼傷、失明甚至肺水腫。 2.
