She is responsible for the student's enrolment for their courses, so she should message or email all of them with the steps to enrol themselves using their phones or laptops at home. The problem is, she is sending vague information and most part to the students are not able to use the system and website by themselves, what is bringing them all the way to school just to solve this simple matter. This way, with lots of students walking in, Melissa spent all her time doing enrolments that could be done for the students themselves with the right instructions. We are now going to write a general email with all the steps and instructions and send it to all students 2 weeks before the term starts, giving them 10 days to enrol on their courses before their COE gets suspended. If one or other can't do it and needs help, they can come to see Melissa, who is having a training with the IT team of how to optimize the time of enrolment using our online system, but let's encourage everyone to do it from home.
