• What are your negative work habits (for example, are you often late, are you disorganized, do you have a short temper, or are you poor at handling stress)? - I would say a negative work habit of mine would be working on too many things at once. Sometimes it causes me to get distracted from what is going on in each project. I need to start working on one thing at a time before starting something new. • Do you have personality traits that hold you back in your field? - I think my bubbly personality works best for a sales representative and that all my traits match perfectly for what the job entails. Opportunities • What new technology can help you? Or can you get help from others or from people via the Internet? - After taking my marketing 300 course, I found that linked in is an amazing resource to connect with employers, peers, teachers, and coworkers. It’s a great tool because it gets your name out there in the field and connect with others. • Is your chosen industry growing? If so, how can you take advantage of the current market? - I believe that my industry is actually shrinking and is actually becoming more competitive. • Do you have a network of strategic contacts to help you, or offer good advice? - I know multiple people in my field for good references and to try to get into the company they work for. Threats • What obstacles do you currently face at work? - I currently do not work but will have an internship over the summer. • Will any of your colleagues compete with you for projects or roles? - Several of my colleagues will compete with me for my projects and roles because they are in the same field as I am. They want to impress the supervisors as well as I do. Individuals are also intimidated by my drive and passion. • Is your job (or the demand for the things you do) changing? - The demand for the job that I want to do has little change or will remain the same. • Does changing technology threaten your position?

- Yes, my field is actually being taken over by technology and is becoming more competitive for people who still work in the field.
