When looking at the internal operations of this company we are to consider many views. For the business, trying to find how to cut production costs and making it possible to produce more products in a shorter period. This was a large problem in the SWOTT analysis. In a customer point of view, we must think if the quality of our product and how we can show the target consumer that our product will work for them. This would be included that we are able to offer our products worry free about unsatisfied customers. Which to find out this information, the company will set up questionnaires or surveys to obtain this valuable data. Next, we look at the learning and growing part of operations for Twisty Clothing, which for this company is a very big area. One of the biggest problems that are common in a small business like this one, where there are only a few working and operating people, is when information may not get passed on in a timely manner. Most of the planning will be done ahead of time, this way all decisions are made prior to eliminate any confusion. All altercations to any decisions are reported as soon as they happen. Usually by E-mail or a phone call to inform all updates and changes as soon as they take place, keeping all business matters up to speed. For Twisty Clothing Company to obtain target consumers, marketing will have to be a full time job.
