Recommendations for new Business AnalystThere are several recommendations I would give to a new BA. The first would be to become knowledgeable on the industry you wish to work in, may it be finance, retail, IT, or even within the government. Understand the requirements of the business and stakeholders you work for. Establish clear lines of communication so that requirements are clearly defined. Ask questions when requirements are unclear or methodologies are not matching up with business objectives. Ensure management understands the value of your role, or take time to provide them knowledge and understand of the capablities you can provide. References
