After collating all of the data you have received and observing the results, it is important to be impartial and strive for perfection. If for example you have collected customer feedback through surveys with questions asking the respondents to rate the business on a variety of aspects from 1to 10, then you need to make a decision as to what is acceptable. If you received an average rating of 7 in regards to product quality, would you view this as a success?4.If you have established there are failings with current practices, look back to your policies and procedures, adjusting them as required.
