Career Path RelevanceThe reason I chose to be a transformational leader and use this approach is because a transformational leader leads by putting an emphasis on the value of others and taking in accountof the feelings of their employees. A leader must understand how difficult the leadership process can be there is no book that would give you the instruction on how to be a good leader. It is the traits and the behavior that can be the deciding factor of effective leadership skills.
