[SHORTENED TITLE UP TO 50 CHARACTERS] 2 What was the main lesson that you learned from this exercise? In this lesson, I learn about turnover and absenteeism, and the effect it has on the company cost. In the exercise the company is suffering from an extreme level of absentees and turnover. Turnover and Employee absenteeism is a serious issue for any organizations. The total workforce of an organization rates is calculated as percentages, and once human resource managers understand causes and also track the costs of the company, they will be able to slow down absenteeism and turnover. I learned that high turnovers and absentees' rates could drain the company’s bottom line. Turnover is very costly for the organization, so it is the responsibilities of the human resource managers ensure that their employees are compensated and that they are communicating with the line managers.
