Conflicts are not bad to the extent that the organization is able to prosecute them to learn and benefit from them. In organizations to the extent that conflicts are well conducted facilitate communication between people, avoid unnecessary friction, promote responsibility and improve human relations. Many times conflicts occur between different departments that seek to solve a problem faced by the institution or organization, the conflicting situation arises as each department or unit has a different way of approaching the solution of this conflict. Whatever the solution may be, it will benefit the institution or allow it to rethink the way in which it was acting, therefore, if there were no differences of this kind in the organizations, there would be little reason to introduce changes and most of the groups they would reach a situation of total inactivity.
The appearance of conflicts within an organization is a product of the values, principles and culture that each person has or has been formed, therefore, it is inevitable that they appear. Against this, it will always be advisable to promote the values of cooperation, harmony and respect for the opinions of others, since they will be translated into actions aimed at minimizing conflicts and understanding the benefits of, for example, a different opinion or a different perspective to a certain situation.
