wrongly accuse someone. The results of these exams usually cannot be used as evidence in court so they might not be worth the time. It could also hurt employee morale because they are being wrongly targeted as criminals.3.Because the employees were given a warning they should be treated the same as every other employee. The company should keep a consistent policy in who to fire and who to keep. Since they previously fired an employee for drug abuse it would only be fair to fire the employees who failed the drug test, especially since they were given a clear 60-day warning to clean up their act. They should both face the same punishment and be fired to keep a clear policy for future employees to follow.4.They shouldn’t be punished because these tests are not always accurate as shown by the fact that about 5 people in each branch failed the test. Because every manager is getting the same numbers you cannot draw any serious conclusions about anyone because of the possibility of false positives. It is worth continuing to look into the problems found in the test to make sure nothing bad happens but up until then there should be no punishment.5.On the grounds of being consistent with each employee, Ernie should be fired. They should attempt to convince him more to take the test but if he refuses it is only fair he is fired. Since the other two employees are going to be fired because of failing it is almost the same thing as not taking the test. The drug test was the more conclusive and importanttest of the two and since he refused that test firing him would be the only option.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
