Why do you think companies engage in corporate crime? Do you think that society
should be doing more about corporate crime? Why or why not? What measures could
be taken to reduce corporate crime?
I think that companies engage in corporate crime because it would make the company
more money. I do think that society should be doing more about corporate crime
because these companies are taking large sums of money from people and other
businesses, and potentially the government. I think that if the government had more
interferences with companies, that corporate crime would be reduced.
Do you think some illegal drugs should be legalized? Why or why not? Do you think
there is a drug crisis? Why or why not?
I think that legalizing some illegal drugs would be beneficial because it would take some
of the edge off of the stigma of addiction. It would also help to make drugs safer, so
people do not have a harder time getting off of them. Also, police could use the time
saved to focus on more violent and pressing crimes. I do believe that there is a drug
crisis because many people in the United States have an addiction to a drug
