A horizontal or i entat ion is character iz ed by multiple subsy stem or commodi ty level support strategies ( e ith er PBL or non- PBL ) w ith an ov erarch ing Program Office team se rv ing as a "v irtual PS I. " Leading this team is one of the duties , when applicable, of the PSM .
