behavior between those of different statuses and roles), and shared experiences (such as working together on successful projects). A change in one aspect of culture can affect others. Culture is shared by at least two or more people. In other words, there is no such thing as the culture of a hermit. Other cultures can adapt to other cultures way of thinking. Cultures values change over time. Consequences of culture include different ideas and ideals weather they are good or bad. There are positive outcomes to culture and negative aspects. When cultures collide, it can be for the better or worse. One can infer that a multicultural aviation airline would be more difficult to run and be successful. This is because it may be hard to start a route in a country that you cannot do business with. The advantage to being a multicultural aviation company is that the business would be global, hence more customers and better profit. One can also infer that a single cultural or domestic airline would be easier to start because one would have to pay little mind to cultural differences. Reference Ferraro, G. P., & Briody, E. K. (2013). The cultural dimension of global business (7th ed.). Boston: Pearson.

We can choose to learn whatever culture we decide, but more than likely we learn the culture we are raised in. Also in reference to international aviation business it would be best to have a multicultural operation. It would allow for a global operation and would help the company's growth.
